GASTRONOMY


WHEN I WAS A LITTLE CHILD, I HAD  MANY PROBLEMS WITH MY FAMILY,

AND MY MOTHER DECIDED TO LIVE ALONE.  SHE TAUGHT ME HOW TO COOK, BUT I

DIDN'T LIKE COOKING. AFTER SOME TIME I LEARNED THAT THE KITCHEN

WAS EVERYTHING FOR ME.

AFTER  COOKING FOR A LOT OF TIME, I DISCOVERED PEOPLE WHO

HAD THE POSSIBILITY OF FORGETTING THEIR PROBLEMS FOR AND ENJOY THE

PLEASURE OF EATING. I STARTED  COOKING WITH THE PURPOSE

TO GIVE  HAPPINESS TO PEOPLE  AND HELP THEM TO LIVE NICE MOMENTS.

ONE DAY, ONE PERSON WAS SAD AND HE DID NOT WANT TO LIVE,

THIS A PERSON WANTED TO DIE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY, THE ONLY THING I 

THOUGHT WAS IN COOKING WITH THE PERSON AND I DID IT. THEN, HE SOLVE HIS 

PROBLEMS. HE FINALLY DECIDED TO BE A COOK AND ENJOY THE KITCHEN WORLD,

HE FOUND HIS VOCATION.

I LIKE CHEMISTRY IN FOOD CONSERVATION, IS THE SUBJECT

WITH A VERY GOOD CONTENT. I LEARN THE CHEMICAL COMPONENTS OF THE

FOOD ITEMS AND ALSO THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES. IN CONCLUSION FOR ME

 KITCHEN IS:

THE FOOD HAS A WONDERFUL SENSUAL  QUALITY  EVEN  THE SIMPLEST  AS

VEGETABLES,FRUITS AND SPICES HAVE THEIR OWN QUALITY AND  BEAUTY THAT

MAKE THEM UNIQUE. THEIR COLORS  AND FLAVORS ARE STIMULATING TO COOK

AND  TO EAT, MAKING THE WORK OF COOKING  A TRUE  EXPRESSION OF LOVE

ARTISTIC SUCH AS A POEM, A PAINTING OR A MUSIC PIECE.
